Menlo Park just completed its General Plan Update in January. Palo Alto is finalizing its Comprehensive Plan. Long-term land use planning efforts are happening in neighboring communities up and down the Peninsula.
Join Adrianne and fellow panelist Amit Price Patel of SITELAB Urban Studio as they discuss how trends in mixed-use, multifamily, transit-oriented neighborhood developments are shaping more sustainable, livable, and inclusive communities as well as the design techniques and strategies necessary for achieving community and place making.
