In the wake of the Ghost Ship Fire and the spotlight this tragedy has directed on Oakland’s artistic community, PYATOK recently brought together of panel of experts representing designers, advocates, community organizers and artists to discuss the history, challenges, and possible solutions of this much needed housing typology.
