1701 MLK GROUNDBREAKING July 31, 2014
PYATOK with Resources for Community Development and JH Fitzmaurice recently celebrated the groundbreaking for 1701 MLK, 26 new affordable units for individuals who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, located in downtown Oakland. The new building will have on-site services, property management, a roof top garden, and a computer lab to support resident independence and success. The project is scheduled to open in the fall of 2015.
