Kevin's work focuses on the larger urban context and the other diverse set of social challenges related to designing housing and increasing density in cities. High density and transit oriented areas are key benefits that attracted Kevin to study and later, practice architecture in the Bay Area. He specializes in large-scale multifamily projects and incorporates BIM technology to create efficiencies amongst team members during all phases of design. Over the years, Kevin has accumulated a breadth of work across all multifamily housing types working directly with a range of communities from affordable to senior and lastly, market-rate.

Kevin received both his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Architecture from University of California, Berkeley. He is a member of East Bay Housing Organizations and currently serves on the San Francisco Housing Action Coalition Project Review Committee. Prior to joining PYATOK, Kevin was an Associate at David Baker + Partners where his projects spanned across different construction types throughout Northern California.
