Senior Associate Rachael Davidoff joined the PYATOK team in 2012 with the desire to address the social and economic complexities in multifamily developments. Her creativity and technological savvy have helped uncover innovative solutions to developing high-quality high-density housing across the Bay Area.

At PYATOK, Rachael has focused on guiding projects from entitlements through construction administration. Her work includes contributions to two of the office’s largest projects, both multifamily market-rate projects for AvalonBay Communities: Avalon Hayes Valley and Avalon Dogpatch. Rachael’s roles as Job Captain and as construction administration lead were integral to getting these projects documented and built. Rachael recently served as Project Manager on two developments, Wilton Court and The Randall at Mill District, which have provided 100 new affordable apartments for Bay Area residents.

Rachael has contributed to the advancement of social equity at PYATOK, serving on the office’s Equity Committee and co-organizing an ongoing series of Reflection Hours discussing social issues and their intersection with our work. Rachael has also contributed to the advancement of BIM technology in the office, and has helped implement standards and trainings that advanced the skills and knowledge base the entire staff.
