A California-registered architect, Chloe has applied her experience in the affordable housing, commercial programs, and sustainable design to develop Bay Area projects that positively impact communities and the environment.

Chloe holds a Bachelor of Architecture and minors in Sustainable Environments and Women and Gender Studies from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. While at school, Chloe was part of an interdisciplinary team that won First Place in the National Merrill-Lynch Bank of America Low-Income Housing Competition for a project serving veterans experiencing homelessness. She is a certified LEED Green Associate and participates in various sustainable organizations; Chloe co-chaired the USGBC Northern California Rising Leaders Committee in 2020-2021 and held the Emerging Professional seat on the USGBC Market Leadership Advisory Board (MLAB) in 2022-2023.

Originally from Connecticut, Chloe enjoys the cooler climate of Northern California and regularly makes time for hiking and exploring nature. She can also be found rock climbing, attending concerts, or passing time by a lake.
